Web•QC
QUADRIGA Web•QC supports the quality control of audiovisual media and is especially helpful when working in distributed teams. As web browser-based software, Web•QC can be used in both public and private clouds and meets strict software security requirements.
A typical application is quality monitoring during large-scale digitization of analog data carriers. During editing, the optionally integrable Cube•Player can be used to check audio and video content. Timestamp metadata is displayed image-synchronously and static metadata can be enriched or corrected by users. A multi-level rights management system helps to control access and modification rights.
Inspection Reports generated by QUADRIGA can be manually enriched with further information and then converted fully automatically into QUADRIGA PDF reports for documentation. After approval, PDF reports can be conveniently downloaded.
Web-QC can also be seen as an answer to the increased demand for home-office compatible solutions.

Typical Use Cases
Working externally
Due to the pandemic, it has become a matter of course for many employers to offer their employees external working. Web•QC can also show its strengths here, as it can be seamlessly connected with all products from the QUADRIGA family. Where previously a manual QC step was required at a specific workstation, this can now be done externally via Web•QC. All that is required is an Internet connection and the provision of the appropriate rights.
Trusted•Playback
In conjunction with Trusted•Playback, Web•QC enables even greater transparency into the external partner's processes. Where Trusted•Playback specializes in process monitoring and the visualization of QC analysis in summary dashboards, Web•QC excels with a more detailed view of individual data records. At the same time, principals and contractors (usually media archives and service providers) are given new tools to speed up and document the exchange of information when resolving unusual situations. If, for example, the service provider encounters during a migration a carrier in a problematic state, the responsible staff in both organizations can immediately access the same level of information to determine the next steps. All necessary audiovisual data is automatically and securely provided via the Web•QC interface, and there is no need for cumbersome data exchange via e-mail or file upload.
