The 42nd annual ARSC Conference will be held in Palo Alto, California, March 26-29, 2008.
Stanford University will host the event, in honor of the 50th anniversary of the Stanford Archive of Recorded Sound.
During the conference, over 200 leading academics, historians, musicians, librarians, archivists, record collectors, dealers, audio engineers, and producers will convene to explore a wide range of topics related to the history and preservation of recorded sound.
