The MediaPreserve invests in a massive upscaling of QUADRIGA•Video ingest lines

The MediaPreserve ordered 16 quality-controlled QUADRIGA•Video ingest lines. This follow-up investment is step two after 6 months working successfully with 8 ingest lines of QUADRIGA•Video under tough operating conditions. The system setup is used to transfer huge collections of Betacam SP cassettes for different major broadcasting organizations ...and the next expansion stage is already in planning. To deal most efficiently with the different types of legacy video formats, The MediaPreserve has developed two types of studios: multiple ingest studios for cassette-based media and specialized studios for fragile or difficult legacy formats.
